Cupcakes by Scrumptions

Scrumptions is a Rhode Island based bakery that I'm pretty excited about. Not only is Scrumptions local, but they make some pretty awesome treats as well. Here are a variety of fun cupcakes that they offer, including s'mores, Oreo, Boston cream, double chocolate, and strawberry shortcake cupcakes.
